In January 2017 we marched to have our voices heard.  As we lifted our voices in this past year we worked together to make phone calls, write letters and took to the streets to preserve the values we believe are necessary to create an inclusive, just and caring society.

In January 2018 we march toward the votes that will be necessary in June and November 2018. On January 20, 2018 we take to the street once again to remind and encourage others that the only thing that will make a true difference is our vote. We march not only for Women’s rights as human rights, but also the rights of others and the well-being of our community.

Together we hold each other up in strength and solidarity to show our vote matters and that we will not be divided. We are a shared voice of resistance to any attack on civil rights, reproductive rights, LGBTQIA rights, workers’ rights, disability rights, Indigenous people’s rights, immigrants’ rights, environmental justice, healthcare equity, and a free and honest press.

We are the ones we have been waiting for, and we are the change we need in our world.
